How to play Infinite Little Worlds
Step into a little world with lives of its own. Explore, get to know its residents and help shape the story around them.
Explore the woodland
Choose Moru Woodland from the world catalog. You can watch the scene and read public chat as a guest. JavaScript is required for the interactive world.
Open Residents to meet the Moru. Select a resident to explore its details, thoughts and sights. Offering a thought is an influence, not a command that the resident must obey.
See what is here, and what can be added
Open Objects, then use In this world to see what is already here. Available to add shows things you can bring into the world as its possibilities grow.
Look around for a place where something new could belong. A bird perched on a tree is one way to bring a little more life to the scene.
Choose your nickname and check your tokens
Sign in to participate in chat. Open your player panel to save a nickname and see your available influence tokens. Your nickname is used on newly sent World-chat messages.
Each player receives 100 free tokens once. Signing in again or refreshing does not refill spent tokens. Ordinary chat, person mentions and reactions are free.
Ask the world for a change
Write to the world in public chat using @world. Describe the change you would like. For example, ask it to add a bird to a tree, or to remove the bird when you are ready for something different:
Each successful action costs 10 tokens. Check the cost before sending. While the world is making your change, those tokens are set aside. If it cannot complete the change, you get them back. Everyone visiting the same world can see the result.
The world replies in chat to let you know what happened. If it cannot make your change, you are not charged. Ask in public world chat, not in a private message.
